We collect limited personal data necessary to provide and improve the App. This includes:
a. User-Provided Information

- Demographic and health data you choose to provide (e.g., age, height, weight, goals)
b. Food Logging Data
- Food entries via photo, barcode scan, or typed text
- Caloric and macronutrient tracking data
- Any natural language queries or logged meals
c. Device and Usage Data
- Device model, OS version, and anonymized crash logs
- Aggregated usage patterns and interaction data
You are not required to provide any personal data. However, certain features may not function without it.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used solely to:
- Provide you with nutrition tracking and goal-setting functionality
- Improve the app and its performance
- Respond to support requests or bug reports
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or unrelated third parties.
We reserve the right to use anonymized and aggregated data for internal analysis, performance reporting, and app improvement.
3. Third-Party Services
We use third-party tools to enable certain features. These providers may collect data per their own policies. We do not control how third parties use your data and disclaim responsibility for any misuse by them.

Deleted data may persist in backup systems temporarily but will be purged during routine maintenance cycles.

The App is not intended for use by individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe we have collected data from a child, contact us immediately to request deletion.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intake Technologies, Inc. shall not be liable for:
- Any loss or damage arising from your use of the App or reliance on its data
- Health outcomes, dietary choices, or fitness results stemming from use of the App
- Data breach, theft, or unauthorized access beyond our reasonable control
The App provides informational tools only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Use of the App is at your own discretion and risk.

We may update this policy periodically. Any changes will be posted in the App and on our website. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
